Curved glass is produced in double-glazed, laminated (safety) and tempered (unbreakable) forms. Due to the diversity and harmony with the surrounding architectural structures and as a result providing beautiful and eye-catching views and spaces, the use of these glasses is increasing in the world and in our country.
Curved glass
Our mission is to create beauty in the interior and exterior of buildings
With the efforts of experienced experts and artists, Khem Kavian Jaam glass is produced and supplied in various forms and materials in order to facilitate the use of glass structures on the exterior of commercial and residential buildings, interior layout, elevators and cabins.

Types of bent glasses of Kavian Jaam glass:
Khem Kavian Jaam glass is available in simple, colored, reflex, patterned and low-glare types, which are produced in three types as follows:
- laminate (safety)
- insulation (double glazing)
- hardness (unbreakable)
Tips about designing and making bent glass:
It is very important to provide accurate dimensions for the production of bent glass. Especially the internal radii and the length of the arcs should be clearly measured, calculated and expressed.
The required parameters to identify and measure the dimensions of curved glass, which are needed, are:
- bend height
- Arc length (period)
- depth
- Tangent length (plane tangent to the arc)
- Chord (straight distance between the endpoints of the arc)
- thickness
- degree (bend angle)
How to install and double-glaze bent glass:
Important and precise considerations for double glazing of curved glass should be taken into account, because the radius of the base glass (inner layer) and the radius of the outer glass are rarely at the same center. Especially in de-glazing the arches, the base glass (inner layer) is different from the glass of the other layer. It is very important that the outer layer is measured and designed in all directions and points of the arc, in proportion and in harmony with the bottom layer, in order to maintain the beauty and strength of the glass.
Types of production curves in the form of strength:
Production of tempered glass bends is possible only in one plane, one-dimensional, and their maximum bending degree is 90 degrees.
Types of double-sided production curves:
- A) Bends less than 90 degrees
- b) Bends with tangent thickness
