Kavian Jaam Glass Industrial Group, as the largest manufacturer of tempered glass in the south of Iran, has succeeded in obtaining the national standard mark for the production of this product for the first time in the south of the country.

Tempered glass is a type of glass whose mechanical strength has been increased by heat treatment. During this process, the glass is heated to the softening temperature, about seven hundred degrees Celsius. Then its two surfaces are quickly cooled by the uniform flow of high-pressure air.

By doing this process, in addition to the fact that the appearance of the glass remains unchanged, the stresses created in its molecular arrangement increase the mechanical resistance of the glass by four to five times that of ordinary glass of the same thickness.

Features of Kavian Jaam tempered glass:

1- Mechanical strength:

The strength of this type of glass is more than 500% of normal glass, which makes the glass resistant to breakage caused by temperature changes, pressures and mechanical shocks. Also, it can be used from minus 70 degrees Celsius to plus 250 degrees Celsius.

2- The possibility of installation without a frame:

Due to their high strength, they can be installed without using any frame or framework in most cases, which greatly adds to the beauty of the exterior (such as spider facades) and the interior decorations of buildings.

3- Easy transportation:

Lips are less full. That is why it is easier and safer to carry.

4- High safety:

When broken, it turns into very small particles and causes a significant reduction in human and financial damages.
